Join us on June 28th for a tour of the Decentraland Gaming Expo. At the MTA we love to jump into virtual spaces to learn about all of the innovations and events taking place. Next week Decentraland is getting ready for their first Gaming Expo.
With a fairground theme for the event, there will be plenty to see and experience. As part of the expo there will be 26 booths showcasing gaming mechanics and games. You will have the chance to play some of the games and collect 15 free wearables. As well as guided tours there will be live-streamed discussions with industry experts, including MTA Founder Lisa Gibbons.
DCLGX is set to be an immersive experience, featuring titles from leading studios and talented independent creators, including exclusive new games developed just for this expo. Attendees will have the chance to dive deep into innovative gaming mechanics and genres that represent the cutting edge of blockchain gaming.
Four Days of Action-Packed Activities
Spanning four days, DCLGX promises a rich array of experiences and over 20 prizes scattered throughout its neon-lit fairgrounds. Visitors can complete daily quests to explore all 25 booths, each offering diverse gaming experiences and play the four winning games from the DCLGX Game Jam. Whether you’re a gamer, developer, or newcomer to Web3, DCLGX is the ultimate destination to experience cutting-edge gaming innovation.
Game Expo Highlights
The event will feature over 30 attractions, quests, parties, and live events. Highlights include:
- Game Jam Winning Titles: Explore and play the winning games from the DCLGX Game Jam to collect tickets for the Prize Machine, then use the giant claw to grab free Wearables & Emotes.
- Daily Zone Quests: Complete daily quests to win exclusive items and tour the expo booths for surprise swag, such as the DeFi Kingdom Bloater Fish and Clay Nation sneakers.
- Live Panels and Discussions: Join guided tours and live discussions with industry experts, available in-world and on Decentraland’s social channels.
- Themed Parties: Dress in your finest neon for the Opening Party with Dollhouse and the Closing Party with InnKeeper.eth, ZHEST, and special guest Zoorab.

As DCLGX delves into the future of Web3 gaming, industry giants will be in attendance. In between games, attendees can catch live talks from experts like Ken Anderson of Tashi Gaming, Jason Lee of Yomi Games, Felix Norden, Head of Development at Neo Tokyo and others. The industry discussions are designed to ignite conversations around key opportunities for Web3 gaming and trends to follow.
